Our story
A local team,not a route number.
Brian spent 27 years as a managing director at Charles Schwab. In 2024, he and Shari bought a pool route in Cave Creek and traded suits for polos and pickup trucks. The work changed. Our standards didn't.
The same trusted technician every week. A photo and complete chemical log after every visit, along with an invoice that lines up exactly with the work performed. Good service shouldn't leave you wondering.
Shari spent 30 years in education. If you were ever a kid whose principal knew your name and asked about your family, that's her. She remembers names, families, and the small details that make people feel known. That's why you'll get a text or a call back the same day, and why some clients will tell you their service day is the day they look forward to most.
We're growing toward 200 pools, but strictly inside Cave Creek, Carefree, and Anthem, on purpose. We'd rather know every pool on the route than manage one we don't. If you have our number, you have direct access us.
WHO YOU'LL ACTUALLY SEE AT YOUR POOL
Meet The team

Ran ops at Schwab for 20 years. Now runs the route the same way.

Former school principal. Knows every client and every dog on the route by name.
What we care about
The three Cs of a clean pool.
Water that moves is water that stays clear.
Most “dirty pool” calls are actually circulation calls. If the pump is short-cycling, the returns are pointed wrong, or a valve is half-shut, no amount of chlorine will fix it. So we check the pump, valves, and returns while the system is running, every visit. The small stuff we correct on the spot. The rest you hear about before it turns into a repair.
Balanced water is gentle water.
Summer is when the water is hardest to hold and when you’re actually in it. So we test on every single visit and dose for the desert, not for a spreadsheet. Balanced water is easier on your skin, easier on your plaster, easier on your equipment, and it uses less chlorine, not more.
The unglamorous part, done the same way, every time.
Brush, skim, net, empty the skimmer and pump baskets. Nothing exotic. What matters is that it happens on the same day, every week, whether or not you’re watching. The filter itself runs on its own schedule. That’s a separate visit, and we’ll tell you when it’s due.

We handle the work. You enjoy the pool.
Building relationships one pool at a time.
