Our story
A local team,not a route number.
Brian spent years as a managing director at Charles Schwab. In 2024, he and Sherry bought a pool route in Cave Creek and started showing up in polos and pickup trucks instead of suits. The operations side runs like it always did: same day every week, nothing forgotten, no surprises on the invoice.
Sherry was a school principal. If you were ever a kid whose principal remembered your name and something about your family, that's her. That instinct is why you'll get a text back the same day, and why the tech at your pool actually knows which side gate to use.
We're growing toward 200 pools, but strictly inside Cave Creek and Anthem, on purpose. We'd rather know every pool on the route than manage one we don't. There's no call center. If you have Brian's number, you have the whole company.
Meet the team
Who you'll actually see at your pool.
Ran ops at Schwab for 20 years. Now runs the route the same way.
Former school principal. Knows every client and every dog on the route.

What we care about
The three Cs of a clean pool.
Water that moves is water that stays clear.
Most “dirty pool” calls are actually circulation calls. If the pump is short-cycling, the returns are pointed wrong, or a valve is half-shut, no amount of chlorine will fix it. We start every relationship by making the water move the way it’s supposed to.
Balanced water is gentle water.
We test on every single visit and dose for the desert, not for a spreadsheet. Balanced water is easier on your skin, easier on your plaster, easier on your equipment, and it uses less chlorine, not more.
The unglamorous part, done the same way, every time.
Brush, skim, vacuum, baskets, filters. Nothing exotic. What matters is that it happens on the same day, every week, whether or not you’re watching. That’s the whole job.

We handle the work. You get the weekends.
Building relationships one pool at a time.
